As India's leading Digital pH Meter manufacturer, exporter, and supplier we offer top-grade instruments designed for industrial and laboratory measurements as well as field measurements. These digital pH meters feature cutting-edge microprocessor technology for accurate pH readings with long-term stability as well as easy operation for professionals from various industries.

Digital pH Meter

Digital pH Meters are advanced electronic devices designed to measure acidity or alkalinity of solutions, offering faster, more precise, and reliable readings than analog meters of yesteryear. They display their results digitally allowing quicker, more accurate, and reliable readings than in previous times.

Our pH meters are used for:
  • Water quality analysis equipment
  • Food and beverage testing equipment
  • Agricultural and soil research instruments
  • Chemical and pharmaceutical quality control equipments
  • Environmental monitoring Instruments

Why Choose Our Digital pH Meters?

Our pH meters are engineered to the highest standards in terms of durability, accuracy and effectiveness; which explains why customers worldwide trust us:

  1. High Accuracy: Our equipments have better glass electrodes and temperature control systems that let us measure pH with an accuracy of +-0.01. This means that the numbers are pretty accurate.
  2. Digital pH meter scale goes from 0 to 14, so it can be used for commercial and Individual lab purposes.
  3. Our digital Ph meter design is strong and comfortable, so you can use it in the field for a long time without getting tired.
  4. You can do a three-point calibration by hand or automatically to make sure you get accurate readings for a long time.

A digital pH meter works based on the principle of electrochemical measurement. It uses a pH-sensitive electrode (glass electrode) and a reference electrode. When these electrodes are immersed in the solution, they generate a voltage that is proportional to the pH level. The meter converts this voltage into a pH reading.

Regular maintenance includes:

Water quality testing: Monitoring pH levels in drinking water, aquariums, and wastewater.

Agriculture: Testing soil pH for optimal crop growth.

Food and beverage: Ensuring pH levels in products like dairy, wine, and beverages.

Pharmaceuticals: Quality control of products and raw materials.

Laboratory research: Measuring pH in various chemical and biological experiments.

Calibration involves adjusting the pH meter to match known pH values. The steps are:

Prepare calibration solutions: Use standard buffer solutions of known pH (e.g., pH 4.0, 7.0, and 10.0).

Rinse the electrode: Clean the electrode with distilled water and blot it dry.

Immerse in the first buffer solution: Place the electrode in the pH 7.0 buffer solution and wait for the reading to stabilize.

Adjust the meter: Adjust the meter to read exactly 7.0 pH.

Verify accuracy: Check the meter’s accuracy by measuring the buffers again.
